Clarence and Diana Vigil set out to create a service agency, different from all the previous agencies they had worked for.  Clarence brings 10 years of experience supporting individuals with significant behavioral challenges at Wheatridge Regional Center, and numerous years running a variety of organizations.  Diana has worked in the Colorado Developmental Disabilities service system for over 25 years, as a Direct Care Worker, Rehabilitation Manager, Case Manager, Day Program Manager and Executive Director of various program-approved service agencies.
